Terms of Service

To use fitcomrade, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• Provide accurate information when you sign up.
• Keep your password secure—you're responsible for all account activity.
• Notify me immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Workspace owners handle billing, member invites, and permissions. If you add teammates, make sure they follow these terms. I can't mediate internal disputes; please sort them within your team.

Use fitcomrade only for lawful purposes. Don't:

• Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
• Attempt to access accounts you don't own.
• Probe security or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Send spam or harass other users.

I may suspend accounts that put other users or the platform at risk.

Invoices are issued by Binary Code Barn UG and processed through Polar. Key points:

• Plans are billed on the cadence you choose (monthly/yearly).
• Charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
• You authorize Polar to charge your payment method.
• Workspace owners are responsible for applicable taxes.

• Your content: You own everything you upload: customer data, plans, media.
• My platform: I own the fitcomrade code, brand, and infrastructure.
• You grant me a license to host and display your content so the product works.
• If you share feedback, I may use it to improve fitcomrade without compensation.

fitcomrade is provided "as is." I work hard to keep things running, but I can't guarantee perfect uptime or accuracy.

• I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• My total liability is capped at what you paid me in the 12 months before the issue.

• You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
• I may suspend or close accounts for non-payment or terms violations.
• After termination, you can request a data export; email me within 30 days.
• Sections on payments, IP, and liability survive termination.

I may update these terms when the product or law changes. I'll post the new date here and send a notice for significant updates. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
