Privacy Policy

I collect only what's needed to run fitcomrade and keep it secure:

• Account info: Your name, email, and workspace name when you sign up.
• Coaching content: Customer notes, training plans, media, and any data you add to your workspace.
• Usage data: Pages you visit, device/browser type, and crash reports to help me fix bugs.
• Billing info: Plan selection and payment references (card details stay with Polar, not with me).

When you first visit fitcomrade, you'll see a cookie consent banner. Here's what you're choosing:

• Essential cookies: Always on. These keep you logged in and the site working. Can't be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: Optional. Google Analytics helps me understand which features people use. No personal data is sold.
• Marketing cookies: Optional. Meta Pixel helps me measure ad performance. You can reject these anytime.

You can change your preferences anytime via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. Your choice is stored for 12 months, then I'll ask again.

• To run fitcomrade and deliver features you paid for.
• To send important notices (billing, security, product updates).
• To answer your support emails.
• To improve the product based on aggregated, anonymous usage data.
• I never sell or rent your data.

I share data only with trusted services that keep fitcomrade running:

• Supabase: Database and authentication (EU servers available).
• Vercel: Website hosting.
• Polar: Payment processing.
• Google Analytics & Meta: Only if you consent to analytics/marketing cookies.

Each partner is contractually bound to protect your info. I may also disclose data if required by law or court order.

You can:

• Access: Ask for a copy of your data.
• Correct: Fix inaccurate information.
• Delete: Request account and data deletion.
• Export: Get a machine-readable copy of your data.
• Object: Opt out of marketing communications.

I use industry-standard protections: encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, role-based access controls, and daily off-site backups. No system is perfect, so please use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication when available.

I'll update this page when something material changes and send an email or in-app notice for significant updates. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when I last revised this policy.
